One of the goals of the project was to improve knowledge of foreingn languages, especially English amongst the teachers. Being able to use English on, at least communicative level, they would take part in eTwinning projects and use almost limitless resources available on the Internet. The next goal was to learn new technologies and turn ICT into permanent feature in teaching. The modern approach would result in better quality of work, engaging students in their own learning process and finally, better results of final exams in maths and English.
After having analized the week and strong points of our school, we decided that participating in Erasmus+ programme for mobility of school staff is the best way to improve foreign language knowledge amongst the teachers, introduce new technologies and activating methods into teaching so as to support creativity of students. By the means of mobilities the participants would be able to gain knowledge of other educational systems, raise intercultural awareness and sustain european character of the school.
