The core goal of the project was to acquire key and professional competences by 28 representatives of the teaching staff of CKZiU in Złotów thanks to participation in foreign methodological courses in Spain during the project implementation period. The specific objectives of the project included: improving the workshop in terms of organization and methodology; improving the knowledge of foreign languages ; establishing cooperation with foreign training institutions; active participation in international projects; getting to know the culture of other countries to fight stereotypes and prejudices; or giving a European dimension to education in the institution. The participation of pedagogues in methodological courses allowed personal development of the teacher – he/she increased creativity through the use of new methods, new educational aids or the use of new programs that help in conducting classes with students. It provided greater confidence and better self-esteem of the educator in action. It provided more satisfaction while doing his/her work. He/she improved and modernized the way classes were conducted and ensured better pass rates during exams.
The implementation of the mobility project is crucial for the development of our institution. We applied for the project because it is a response to our needs. The project ensures the development of the school as an educational institution - its pupils and teachers. Teachers develop their professional skills, thanks to which they perform their work better and their students achieve better results in learning, acquire knowledge more easily and in a more attractive way, and pass exams better. Mobility participants broaden their language, social, cultural, etc. skills. They overcome language, cultural or psychological barriers - they are more open to new experiences.
