The new 8-grade primary school posed teachers with new, difficult challenges. In the era of modern technologies, people must constantly educate themselves and improve their teaching skills using: ICT tools, computers, interactive whiteboards, multimedia programs and applications. A lot of experienced teachers, due to the education reform, had to verify their teaching methods - which was not easy. While writing the project, we saw a great need to improve not only the language competences of our teachers, but also their teaching skills, creativity and innovation. The school's goal was to introduce new creative tools and methods into teaching different subjects that will allow students to be successful in key skills like writing, reading, reasoning, but in a creative way. We want to provide our students with education at the highest European level, so that they are well prepared to continue their education in secondary schools of their choice.
