Increasing the quality of teaching and learning. 4. Development of social and cultural competences. 5. Expanding IT competences: using IT tools. 6. Comparison of educational systems of schools from European countries. 7. Increasing teachers' motivation for future activities for the school and personal development 8. The need to introduce innovations into the school's educational offer and implement pedagogical innovations and experiments. 9. Giving the institution a European dimension by using innovative teaching, management and international communication methods tailored to modern Europe. The assumed goals were fully achieved by introducing a number of organisational solutions both at school and during individual classes and extracurricular activities. The competences of the project participants improved, giving them opportunities for students' own development.
Our participation in the project was due to the desire to improve the quality of education and to introduce solutions which would meet the identified needs of individual target groups: - adapting education to the needs of students in the context of planning their further educational or professional career, - improving methods and forms of teaching of selected comprehensive and vocational subjects and foreign languages taught at school, - promoting students' activities and development through workshops and projects, attitudes of agency and responsibility for their own personal development and lifelong learning, - improving competences and overcoming barriers for students with diagnosed deficits and developing a comprehensive inclusive education system at school, - increasing teachers' professional competences by increasing professional mobility, with particular emphasis on their linguistic, methodological and IT competences, - shaping the European dimension of the school and its international reach, - acquiring and improving the language competences of school employees.
