1. Increasing the number of educational activities carried out outside the classroom. 2. Adapting and conducting ecology classes using newly learned work methods. 3. Introducing new, good methods of working, especially with students with SEN, into teachers' daily practice (special educational needs) as well as other good practices learned in European education systems. 4. Increased language skills of teachers participating in mobilities in the project. 5. Involvement of teachers in the implementation of international projects with the participation of students.
"OUTSIDE THE BOX" is a project initiated by teachers and the school's management who wanted to develop their competences and improve the quality of the school's work through its implementation. The response to the diagnosed needs and problems of the school, such as the lack of student activity, the increasing number of students with SEN, the need to involve students in international projects and greater emphasis on the development of language skills of students and teachers was very important.
