Teachers of Szkoła Podstawowa w Siekierczynie have decided to enter the ERASMUS+ program as the school is located in a village in the south-west part of Poland, where there is a lack of professional and interpersonal development opportunities. There are no possibilities of improving qualifications, broadening teachers’ horizons and appraising abilities in the field of activity. The participation in the project was not only a chance to improve teachers’ qualifications and perfect possessed skills but also to enhance the effectiveness of the school work as an educational institution and to provide it with the European dimension.
