The project entitled. "On the Road to European Education - Bilingual and Versatile Teachers for the 21st Century" included staff training in competencies relevant to modern school staff for the 21st century, according to the European School Development Plan. The school is a non-public school located in a suburban area. The school is bilingual, so it needs teachers with both content and language skills. We were able to recruit only some such teachers, others unfortunately did not speak the language at the appropriate entry level of min.B1 Unfortunately, the school's budget and its needs did not allow for frequent training of teachers when it needed to retrofit infrastructure for students. Mobility projects for school staff provide quality training targeted to the school's needs and accumulated over a short period of time. In addition, they serve to integrate staff, motivate them to work, improve competencies, increase their creativity, openness to innovation, new methods of work, gaining new experiences of international partners for subsequent projects. Thus, the main goals of the project were:to increase methodological and linguistic competence among 24 Smart employees and to raise the quality of work to the European level.
