During the project preparation, we have prepared the European School Development Plan. It is a response to the most important needs and challenges facing the school, the goals of the project: extending the already possessed and acquiring new professional and linguistic qualifications of the participants as well as increasing their personal competences, increasing their chances of achieving success on the labour market after graduating from school. Thanks to the efficient implementation of the project, the school achieved its goals.
We wanted to implement this project in order to be able to meet the most important needs of the school in the field of European mobility and cooperation. It was about the need to prepare graduates with high professional qualifications and knowledgeable personal competences foreign languages and those who are not afraid of competition on the labour market; and for the need to constantly improve the quality of education and upbringing in our school and to increase the attractiveness and popularity of the school among the youth of our county and the entire region. We assumed that the project, bringing direct benefits to the participants. The project was also intended to contribute to the improvement of the areas of school activity that require it, such as: - organization of vocational education, focused, inter alia, on the organization of foreign internships enabling the improvement of knowledge, professional experience and knowledge of foreign languages among students; - expanding the European dimension of the school's activities and establishing permanent cooperation with educational institutions from other European countries.
