Background

The beneficiary of the project was Zespół Szkół nr 2 im. Bartosza Głowackiego in Tarnobrzeg. The group of participantsincluded students attending classes 2-4 of all types of technical departments which the school provides. These include:economics, accounting, logistics, forwarding trade, exploitation of ports and terminals, hotel industry, and landscapearchitecture. The partner of the project was an international training and consulting company - euroMind, with branches in Seville Malaga and Setubal, which has proven itself in previous projects, which we have undertaken together. The decision to apply for realizing the project was motivated by the need to improve the quality of the School’’s performance by taking into account the European dimension and care to strengthen its image. We wanted our level of teaching to achieve the European level and that our school created a good image of the graduate - one that is able to communicate in various languages, open to new technologies, various systems of work organization and management, resourceful, ambitious, aware of one’s strengths and weaknesses. We assumed that after realization of the project the school would be perceived by potential students, their parents, and the local community, as an organization which is constantly developing, ambitious, focused on interdisciplinary knowledge gaining.
