The strategic goals of the EPR that have been implemented are: - increasing the number of mobilities among students in the region through the implementation of consortium projects - undertaking by schools to implement independent or partner mobility projects - support for the consortium staff in the process of developing professional qualifications - further internationalization of the consortium members - preparation of a project under the EEA Education Program, supporting School Incubators of Entrepreneurship - exchange of good practices in vocational education and training institutions from the Brandenburg Region - development of high-quality career guidance, including the development of Europass CV development skills; - developing a system of documenting and recognizing professional qualifications, including Europass Mobility, ECVET - practical training of young people and staff in the field of entrepreneurship and methods of economic education - practical training of vocational teachers and vocational counselors - improving the quality of vocational education, including by strengthening cooperation between local and European employers We have achieved all the goals set in EPR.
The Center for Craft Support, Dual and Vocational Training in Konin, as an umbrella organization aimed at broadly understood improvement of the quality of vocational education in the Eastern Wielkopolska region, is obliged to provide high-quality assistance to local institutions providing vocational education. This project was for us a source of financing for additional activities not included directly in the financial plan. Thanks to the project, it was possible to strengthen cooperation with schools, improve the internationalization of the leader and partners, and significantly increase the number of educational mobility of students in the region (project in a consortium). The project contributed to the implementation of the objectives contained in the European Development Plan, in particular related to the internationalization of institutions and increase of the institutional and human potential for implementation of the international activities and projects.
