The main goal of the project was to increase the attractiveness, quality, efficiency and effectiveness of practical vocational education at ZSOiZ in Ciechanowiec, through further development of cooperation with foreign entrepreneurs and creating new professional development opportunities for 78 students of the School. Specific goals (hybrid - quantitative and qualitative goals), the achievement of which allowed the achievement of the main goal, were as follows: 1) Implementation of 3 foreign mobilities aimed at the development of professional competences of 78 students. 2) Preparation of internship programs for students of the TŻiUG, TB, TUF and Plastic profiles and their implementation in Italian, Greek and Spanish enterprises of selected industries. 3) Including at least 46 students from the so-called smaller chances. 4) Development of linguistic and key competences of 78 students of ZSOiZ in Ciechanowiec. 5) Establishing and strengthening transnational partnerships in order to deepen the exchange of good practices in the VET sector. 6) Development of systems of appropriate assessment, certification and validation methods based on learning outcomes, and the use of tools that make skills and qualifications recognizable abroad.
The implementation of the project was again motivated by the will fulfilling the needs of ZSOiZ, its students and teachers by creating opportunities for the development of professional, linguistic and social competences, as well as the deepening of international partnerships aimed at creating a space for the exchange of good practices, adapting new methods and approaches, and going further - developing vocational education and training. Project activities support ZSOiZ in continuing the current path of creating equal educational opportunities for all students by creating a friendly environment that needs to be supplemented in relation to the current situation of the local labor market. For the implementation of effective vocational education, it is necessary to fill the gap existing on the labor market by creating new opportunities for the development of professional competences and skills necessary in creating career. It is possible thanks to the creation of a space for students to test themselves in a real work environment, where they have the opportunity to use the acquired knowledge in practice, as well as to learn in an international environment, using English, learn about work standards and strengthen other key competences.
