We believe that international certificates and foreign language skills, as well as openness to new challenges, entrepreneurship and creativity, will have a positive impact on their development. In the future, new contacts can contribute to the further development of their professional skills. Thanks to work placements, students have had the opportunity to learn about the intercultural working environment, which is essential for proper social adaptation and has allowed language barriers to be overcome. The involvement of teachers in the implementation of the projects will improve the quality of education, enhance their self-development desire, making them more creative and motivated.
