The main goal of the project was to develop the organizational potential of CKZiU in Złotów through international cooperation, confronting participants' theoretical knowledge with practice and improving the professional qualifications of 60 students of CKZiU in Złotów through participation in professional internships during the project implementation period. Operational goals included: improving language and cultural competences, shaping students' creative and mobile attitudes, acquiring new professional qualifications and increasing practical skills of participants in order to increase their attractiveness on the labor market. The apprenticeships allowed for the student's personal development – he/she increased his/her creativity in solving professional tasks, learned a new approach to performing work, learned new tools and measures that enable to perform practical tasks. He/she also got to know the ways of running Italian companies and the mentality of Italians. Mobility provided greater confidence and improved student self-esteem in the activity. It provided more satisfaction while doing the work. The project, implemented as part of the Erasmus+ program, also increased the prestige of the institution in the region.
The implementation of the mobility project is crucial for the development of our institution. We applied for the project because it is a response to our needs. The project ensures the development of the school as an educational institution - its pupils and teachers. Students developed their professional skills, thanks to which they were better prepared for classes, achieved better results in learning, passed professional exams more easily. They are also prepared to take up work, not only in the country, but also abroad. They expanded their language skills. They have overcome language, cultural or psychological barriers - they are more open to new experiences. Most of our students come from very small towns and have difficult social conditions - so by participating in the Erasmus+ program they have the opportunity to take part in mobility, which is free of charge for them.
