The main goal of the project was to improve the professional and social skills of 64 students and to improve the quality of vocational education and the educational offer of ZSCKR in Żarnowiec through educational mobility and the implementation of professional internships in Spanish vocational education institutions during 31.12.202. – 30.12.2022. The main objective of the project was consistent with both the objectives of the European Development Plan and the mission and development strategy of the school. Thanks to the implementation of the project, we also wanted to achieve a number of specific goals. These include: - improvement of students' professional competences; - opportunity to develop passions and interests abroad; - improvement of knowledge of foreign languages, including English and Spanish; - strengthening entrepreneurial attitudes, professional resourcefulness and own initiative; - motivation to learn better; - enriching students' portfolios with documents strengthening their position on the labor market; - increasing awareness of differences in culture, traditions and business behaviour.
ZSCKR in Żarnowiec focuses on high quality vocational education. The implementation of foreign mobilities by the school perfectly meets the needs of students and the school. It supports the building of human potential by preparing a young team of mobile specialists. It gives students the opportunity to acquire additional soft and vocatiolanal skills and prepares them for greater mobility on the European labor market. Practical training is of great importance in vocational education. The school undertakes many activities, as a result of which students undergo apprenticeships. They give a chance to educate competitive professionals and specialists. The implementation of the Erasmus+ program opens the possibility for students of the institution to obtain an additional package of professional experience and certificates. The internationalization of the school increases its prestige and reputation. It gives it an advantage over other institutions, which encourages potential students to study in this particular school. Benefits from the implementation of the project occur at the level of students, school and teaching staff. The undoubted added value is a better understanding of cultures, religious, ethnic and national groups. This is the basis for verifying stereotypes and building new strong bonds.
