We wanted: -improve the pass rate and raise the average for exams confirming vocational qualifications. the pass rate is increasing, but still some students give up taking the exams and finish school without a technical diploma. - improve students' practical skills in vocational subjects and improve their qualifications in profession. Previously, it was observed that a group of students participating in the internship abroad in the following years 2019 - / 2021 received much higher results during external vocational exams from students who did not participate in the internship. - enable students to contact the tools and teaching methods used in IT and chemical companies graphics and automotive abroad. Compare them with the tools and methods used in Poland. - it was very important for us to include people from dysfunctional families with financial problems, people with fewer opportunities. - ensure the recognition and validation of skills and qualifications acquired by students in Poland and abroad - develop multilingualism -support students to become subjects of their own learning process. - get acquainted with new technological achievements, e.g. like 3D printers, drones.
We applied for the implementation of the project "Work experience = attractiveness on the labor market." because we wanted to raise the professional competences of the participants through the implementation of a foreign internship .The main objective of the project was to improve professional and linguistic competences, improve students' skills and qualifications, and improve the results of the education process. According to the European Development Plan, these areas needed improvement. The priority of the internship project was to improve the learning outcomes. This will increase the chances of the labor market and prevent future poverty. Better education means better opportunities on the labor market. Experience can only be gained by dealing with specific problems in the workplace, and students learn accordingly react in similar situations, have contact with the latest technologies and specialists working with others hardware, software than in Poland. This results in the expansion of students' knowledge and skills. Feedback from our graduates states how important the internships abroad were for their professional development. We wanted to enable the next youth age group to develop professionally through foreign internships.
