At the stage of writing the project, we assumed that it would be a response to the problems occurring in the group of our students and teachers, although we also noticed the impact on our facility. The aim of the project was to increase professional skills and competences among 40 students of our school, as well as to strengthen language competences. This goal was achieved by implementing smaller specific goals: - improvement of professional mobility of students - encouraging the learning of other languages (including a second language) - teaching tolerance and respect for cultures - preparation for independent functioning on the labor market - preparation to work in international teams. We believe that we have achieved our goals.
Our school has been participating in professional mobility projects for several years, as well as carrying out other activities related to the internationalization of the institution. In the European Development Plan, we have assumed that our goal is to become a school that educates in Europe, able to educate on a par with foreign institutions. We want to build a system of tools and programs to help our students find themselves on the labor market. We want to be flexible and be able to easily adapt to new trends and needs. We assumed that thanks to the project we want to: - develop international partnerships - meet new organizations and new employers - prepare students to function on the European labor market - strengthening intercultural, social, linguistic and professional aspects - strengthen the teaching staff of the school - professionally and linguistically - expand the curricula with interesting content based on international sources Each of these elements found a reference in the project discussed in this report.
