The aim of the project was to support students in acquiring vocational, linguistic and social competences through the implementation of a work placements in construction companies in Spain.
Due to the growing importance of youth mobility and care for the quality of vocational education, we wanted to take measures to encourage young people to cooperation with foreign partners in the EU. We believed that gaining by our students' first professional experience abroad would increase the level of their knowledge, qualifications and professional skills and would contribute to more effective functioning on the European labor market, as well as reduce the risk of poverty, social exclusion and reduce the number of early school leavers.
