The Seconary Vocational School No. 3 in Sanok with 42 classes of about 1250 students is one of the largest schools in the region. In order to maintain its status, the teaching staff is not only to transfer knowledge, but also to conduct a permanent evaluation of their needs and skills and through the lifelong learning process, ensure that they represent the highest level of competence. Moreover, the local industry, which is largely part of international enterprises or related and operating on foreign markets, expects from our graduates, in addition to basic knowledge and qualifications, also the ability to work and function in an international environment. For many companies (ARD Polska, PassPol, ASSECO) a large part of the production process is based on English-language documentation and in cooperation with international contractors. Therefore, it is obvious that only internships abroad for some students and then the proper process of disseminating their results can increase the effectiveness of the process of acquiring qualifications by our students in the taught professions.
