The main goal of the project was to improve professional mobility by increasing the practical skills and professional and language skills of 56 students studying in the following professions: technician of renewable energy devices and systems, construction technician, logistics technician, and forwarding technician. The ZST defined the following detailed goals at the implementation stage of the project: Increase the professional skills and mobility of ZST students (including an increase in professional, language, and social skills), increase the skills of future project participants by better adapting preparatory courses to market expectations, increase international partnership by developing cooperation with existing partners, increase the quality of future projects by implementing a training mechanism for project team members. These goals assumed the implementation of the project in standard geopolitical conditions. Unfortunately, external factors such as the pandemic, the armed conflict in Ukraine, and the need to implement the project for an additional 12 months had a significant impact on the possibilities and priorities for achieving the indicated goals.
The project was implemented in response to the educational and development needs of the ZST (Zespołu Szkół Technicznych w Kłodzku - Technical School in Kłodzko). The project addressed key needs of the school and project stakeholders, such as: a) The need to improve the quality of education b) The need to identify the expectations of employers c) The need to improve the language skills of staff and students d) The need for further development of the project team Despite the COVID-19 pandemic and the outbreak of the war in Ukraine, it was possible to implement all the plans and successfully complete 56 student mobility in Italy and Spain. The project led to an increase in the school's potential and the experience of the project team in implementing development activities.
