The main goal: the acquisition of key, practical professional, interdisciplinary (key) and language competences by students of ZSM No. 3 thanks to the implementation of modular practical education. Detailed objectives: -acquiring new practical professional competences in the field of aviation mechanics, computer science and mechatronics -improving and broadening the knowledge of English, especially professional vocabulary -increasing the level of students' key competences - mathematical, technical and digital -acquiring an attitude of independence, openness and tolerance, dealing with unusual professional situations, taking responsibility for your actions and effective time management - bridging the deficit between theoretical education and innovative, inspiring practical classes -development of social competences / attitudes of participants -increasing the level of ambition, initiative and mobility of participants - creating their own professional path -increasing the quality of vocational education -adjusting the ZSM offer to the expectations of students and the requirements of the labor market -increasing brand recognition and the image of ZSM as an institution open to the European professional and educational market -development of the organizational competences of the ZSM
The main elements that decided about submitting the project to the competition: - acquisition of new competences by students, - making working methods more attractive - increasing the attractiveness of the school - expanding language competences, with particular emphasis on professional vocabulary - the possibility of acquiring soft skills: increasing the sense of self-confidence, cooperation in an international team, openness to other cultures, increasing the level of tolerance, resolving conflicts, - expanding IT competences, including reading electronic documentation in a foreign language - work planning, - preparation of work tools - increasing attractiveness on the labor market
