Background

Employees of the Psychological and Pedagogical Clinic in Bielsko-Biała (ZPPP) applied for the implementation of this project to be better prepared for the changing reality and to counteract multicultural exclusion, to support parents of children with special educational needs and early school leavers in the field of social exclusion. After a comprehensive analysis of the requirements, it was found that there is a need to explore the topic of inclusion in the theoretical area and learn how to implement it in practice. When applying for the implementation of this project, we were aware that these activities would trigger a creative and innovative approach to the subject matter among the staff. This project helped us gain experience related to the implementation of international projects and their performance, as well as specific knowledge and skills useful in our current work.
