Objective: To improve foreign language skills and train new staff by: - Improved understanding of English and increased vocabulary and fluency in speech - Increasing self-confidence in both spoken and written language in both educational and business settings. - Taking advantage of opportunities to collaborate with peers at an international level - Creating future leaders and innovators: the Cyprus course is a starting point to prepare other colleagues for the PM role - increase self-confidence in making key decisions - gaining the skills to ensure continuous and sustainable innovation within the organisation, ultimately driving its long-term growth.
