The main goals of the project were: - increasing the knowledge and competences of new members, volunteers and employees about working with a senior - refreshing the knowledge and competences of the "old staff" about working with a senior - preparation of the organization to work on the new offer of activities of the association, focusing on the current needs of the senior - adapting our activities to the pace of work of the senior - learning new tools and methods of working with a senior - enriching your international experience by attending courses and job shadowing - enrichment of the industry vocabulary in English
Several new members, volunteers and trainers appeared in our organization. A large part of the activities in our organization is directed to seniors. We want to adapt them to this group of recipients. The fact that our association has new collaborators, some of whom are also seniors, and the "old" staff needs additional training, prompted us to apply for funding for courses and job shadowing in the field of tools and techniques for working with older students. New knowledge and competences will be an additional motivator for them to act. This will help to "refresh" the offer of our association, which is addressed mainly to seniors. Add activities that are currently important to them, of key importance, are a niche on the market, and there is a demand for them.
