Objectives

The aim of the project was: to implement new tools and methods for teaching adults, to develop ongoing educational activities and to achieve higher efficiency of adult education provided by the Applicant. This objective is in line with the Erasmus+ programme guidelines, influencing the promotion of quality improvement, innovative excellence and internationalisation of education and training institutions, the creation of a European area of lifelong learning, the dissemination of good practices and enhanced cooperation between partners from different EU countries. We hoped that the project would allow the team to improve their skills and become acquainted with European good practices in education and work with memory, multiculturalism and heritage, which - thanks to the dissemination of the knowledge collected among the Centre's team - would translate into the introduction of improvements and new working methods, better adapted to the expectations of the audience and making more effective use of modern, interactive communication tools. The modification of existing working techniques will in turn increase interest in the Centre's offer and strengthen the European dimension of its adult education activities.
