The implementation of the project was intended to help our organization on many levels - on the one hand, directly increase the competences of the staff, and on the other hand, open up opportunities for cooperation and activities of the organization outside the country. Thanks to this project, our goals were achieved: 1. developing a pioneering program of educating local leaders, based on social facilitation; 2. broadening horizons in the organization of adult education in European countries; 3. eliminating barriers to working in a foreign language in order to enable the implementation of a new offer / services; 4. composing a new offer based on international experience and knowledge (in the process).
The main premise for submitting and implementing the project was the need to increase the competences, raise knowledge of SGR staff and acquire new skills to cooperate with local leaders. We decided that the best solution for us would be to start the internationalization process - in cooperation with European organizations, we saw an opportunity for new competences and inspiration. Through mobility and cooperation, we want to raise the standards of the services provided to a supranational level, exchange know-how with representatives of international organizations or people actively operating on the international arena. Our ambition was also to create a pioneering program of educating local leaders - which we managed to achieve thanks to participation in supported trainings.
