We applied for this grant because we are trying to keep our staff developing and broadening their horizons. Values that are important to us are: openness, tolerance, cultural diversity and creativity, in order to implement them, we want to be inspired by good practices from other EU countries, develop new inclusive educational programs and involve new people in social and educational activities. The projects previously implemented by Plineu, enabling the staff to participate in foreign training courses, were both a positive experience for the participants and a significant impulse in the development of the organization. The previous project allowed us to expand our activities aimed at seniors and build an interesting offer for mature people. This time, in particular, we wanted to enrich our offer addressed to young people and expand our competences to develop innovative educational programs responding to the current socio-demographic challenges.
