Our goals related to the implementation of the "European Wanderings" project were primarily related to expanding the range of innovative methods of working with adults and acquiring new tools in the broader field of adult education. We wanted to strengthen initiatives and develop and popularize the Centre for Culture's offer. The project was to contribute to the dissemination of the institution's program among Lublin's diverse community and to increase the Centre for Culture's stature internationally in the field of cultural education and the production of artistic events.
We applied for funds for the project because we wanted to improve the educational staff and the operating standards of our institution, the Centre for Culture in Lublin. It was extremely important to establish contacts and build a network of international partnerships. Our goal was to raise the competence of the staff and the dissemination of acquired knowledge and its implementation through workshops, presentations and trainings.
