The task of our project will be to deepen knowledge useful to participants in everyday life. They will have the opportunity to learn how to apply the principles of healthy eating, balanced exercise and an appropriate balance of the most important elements affecting the body's activities in everyday life. In addition, they will deepen their teamwork skills, personal, social and language competences, as well as understanding other cultures. We will also include elements on knowledge about stereotypes and prejudices, intercultural cooperation and common roots of European culture. We will try to provide this information through non-formal education, primarily through the involvement of the participants themselves in the preparation of classes on them, which will be an opportunity for them to acquire and consolidate new knowledge through its practical use. In addition, this mode of work will have a positive impact on the independence of thinking, the ability to show initiative, faith in own capabilities and creativity of participants. We hope that they will break their internal barriers and learn to be open to new challenges. During exchanges, activities are planned that will be used to assess the learning process: at the end of each day, young people during joint meetings will make discussions, fill out evaluation surveys, think about the implementation of the project and progress in acquiring new skills and knowledge. Participation in these forms will also be for participants learning to evaluate the actions taken, reliable assessment of their own actions and progress. We hope that this will positively affect their personal and professional development. Also, the stage of dissemination of project results - both during and after exchanges - will be a science of activities for participants that will be able to translate into further professional, personal and social projects they implement. By planning and conducting promotional activities, they will learn how to reach specific groups of recipients, formulate a message and use channels that can also influence the environment in terms of information. An important element of our youth exchange will be the participants' campaign to promote a healthy lifestyle on the streets of Zakopane. By organizing this type of event, young people will have the opportunity to directly contact the local community and tourists visiting the city. This will allow them to take knowledge and get a glimpse of our activities from a new perspective. Thanks to the activities carried out during the project, young people will become more resistant to stress, open to new experiences and enrich their personal culture. This will allow participants to overcome their own weaknesses, believe in their capabilities and positive effects of work. They will learn the principles of effective group communication, active and engaged listening, as well as time management.
