"Follow me" is our common project – young people from Poland, Turkey, and Latvia, which is the result of our interests and needs. Together with our partners, we believe that the Internet offers great opportunities. However, it is a big threat to people who use it in a thoughtless way. Our generation, functioning in the age of the Internet, has access to it all the time. We are active in social media, we use many applications, we communicate with each other, we use to learn, watch movies, listen to music, run our channels / fanpages / websites. However, hand in hand with the possibilities of the Internet go threats such as cybercrime, the phenomenon of hate and hate speech. The goal of the project is: - raising awareness and broadening competences regarding responsible, thoughtful, lawful and moral rules of using the Internet; - raising awareness and knowledge of online threats - cybercrime (how to protect yourself from them, how to respond and where to report any suspected cybercrime) and hate/hate speech; - raising awareness and broadening competences about the opportunities that the Internet gives us in everyday life (hobby, learning, charity, development, work); - developing positive civic attitudes such as responding to negative online behaviors such as hate, discrimination, humiliation; and equal treatment, showing respect, being tolerant;
