"Waste - not in good taste!" is our initiative - young people from Poland, Slovakia and Romania. We live in a time focused on mass production, buying many goods and consumption. These behaviors are accompanied by the increasing consumption of our planet's natural resources, environmental degradation, and the production of a huge amount of waste. This is a global problem and in order to influence it, we must start with positive changes in ourselves, in local communities or regions. That is why we have created an initiative in which we will discuss the care of the environment and the concept of "zero waste". We believe that the "zero waste" lifestyle is an idea with which everyone who is not indifferent to the fate of our Planet should learn, explore and implement in their everyday life. The aim of our project is: - broadening competencies on environmental protection related to the idea of zero waste; - broadening knowledge and raising awareness about the idea of zero waste, as well as exchanging experience and good practices in this field; -developing and promoting ecological habits aimed to re-use and reduce waste generation, and thus to protect the environment; - raising awareness about the risks related to uncontrolled waste generation and environmental degradation, which is closely related to human activities;
