Objectives

The project has been designed in accordance with general objectives of the Erasmus+ and meets most of the objectives of learning mobilities. Partners have outlined the following objectives: - to support the professional development of youth workers and improve the quality of youth work across Europe through innovation. We arel introduce methods, tools and activities of community‐centered digital collecting for counteracting the effects of symbolic annihilation, facilitating intercultural learning, inclusion and active participation, thus bringing new, creative approach to their work and equipping them with set of efficient learning tools. - To enable young people to be architects of their own lives, support their personal development and growth to autonomy, build their resilience and equip them with life skills (such as critical thinking) to cope with a changing world. During TC participants experience an intensive theoretical and practical learning process via creating digital community-based memory project. The workshops enhance not only digital media literacy by learning how to record oral history and create online archives but influence the development of personal and community identity, broaden the understandings of history and importance of the preservation of different voices and cultures. - To increase the capacities and international dimension of the partners and enable them to offer services that better respond to the needs of their target groups. TC will draw the attention of staff and volunteers of non-governmental organizations (NGOs) to the value of their internal records. Some of them are crucial for the history of both the organizations themselves and humankind. Good management of archives results in an immediate saving of time and money, by ensuring better information transmission within the NGO itself, and thus improving performance and output. Preservation of records also ensure that neither the organisation itself, nor those involved in its activities, ‘lose their memory’. In addition, thanks to the networking during the TC organisations can each new groups or improve existing programs.
