Overloaded with school activities, extracurricular activities, duties and high expectations, chasing into an uncertain future, trying to find themselves. Trying to stand out in a world that eternally wants to fit them somewhere. In a world that prepares them for hard, long hours of work that requires them to perform many tasks at once and constantly improve their qualifications. In these crazy times, it is difficult for them to find time for themselves, time for their hobbies or meetings with friends outdoors. Physical and mental exhaustion is not a healthy state for anyone, and young people especially need rest for their developing minds and bodies. Many young people do not know how to slow down, how to let go of something or just relax. Bearing in mind all these pressures young people face, compounded by social media messages, many teenagers suffer from low self-esteem problems, live under constant stress or face anxiety. We want to implement this project to help young people regain control over their lives, find a balance between work and leisure, or acquire habits of a healthy lifestyle. The project will allow them to get to know themselves better and notice their needs, learn how to manage their time better, increase their self-esteem, and equip them with new competencies to cope with stress, pressure and prepare them to work in an international environment. The project "It's my life" aims at developing young people's self-awareness of well-being, i.e. physical health care and mental resilience. Specific objectives of the project: - to contribute to improving the health and well-being of young people and youth workers in Europe, -to create an environment that aims at holistic self-development, contributing to the physical and mental well-being of young people, -to raise young people's self-awareness of their emotions and those of others, -to improve the competence of mental first aid, - enabling young people to benefit from new methods of leading an active and healthy lifestyle, - involving and empowering disadvantaged young people, in particular, young migrants/refugees and young people from cultural and ethnic minorities, giving them the opportunity for positive change in their communities, - contributing to the development of organisational and management skills at the local and international level, in accordance with a more conscious approach to one's environment and oneself, - developing relations between young people and their local (natural) environment, - to raise awareness of the opportunities offered by Erasmus+ programmes and the European Solidarity Corps to young people.
