Project goals: 1. Developing the ability to organize a cultural and social event. 2. Deepening social competencies by learning about the needs of the local community of Złocieniec as an environment model for further activities. 3. Getting to know other countries, their cultures and traditions, and developing this topic in the context of small local communities in different parts of Europe. 4. Getting to know peers from other countries and making friends with people from other backgrounds and cultures, thanks to which attitudes of respect and tolerance towards diversity will deepen. 5. Developing skills in cooperation in an international group and using the English language. 6. Developing the artistic workshop and the ability to express oneself through art. Thanks to which the participants will have the basis to develop their own potential, will be supported by their well-being and self-development personality. It was planned that the youth exchange would be able to combine good practices between organizations to transfer the experience of young people for local events, as well as improve interaction with each other through teamwork in groups. We have specially prepared a meeting with the cultural center in Piotrków Trybunalski. The visit to the cultural center in Piotrków Trybunalski was to familiarize young people with the work of the cultural center, to conduct a master class on how to work on the example of DeCoupage handicrafts, where the participants made their own handmade products in memory of Piotrków Trybunalski. Also, in the television center, which is located in the same building as the cultural center, an interview was held with the project coordinator and participants. In particular, the staff of the television channel conducted an excursion and told how the television studio works and what stages it goes through.
