Volunteers collected 586 kilograms of garbage during an action on the trails of the Tatra National Park. Most households in Podhale burn coal in furnaces. Tourists buy every day plastic souvenirs, drink from plastic cups, eat with plastic cutlery. Isn't it time to start protecting our cultural heritage - the beautiful Tatra Mountains? We, as residents of Lesser Poland and the European Union, say definitely YES! We got involved in local activities that protect the beauty of nature, our natural and cultural heritage. We worked with the root causes analysis method and organized a series of mini-social campaigns. We wanted to draw young people's attention to the problems of contemporary Europe regarding ecology and the environment. Progressive climate change affects each of us, it's time to finally understand it. If we don't do something now, we'll be very sorry in a few years. Many people claim that one or two actions, the action of a dozen or so volunteers will not change anything. We do not agree with this, we have successfully carried out several projects on important topics, eg: democracy, tolerance, where we managed to engage several dozen people and draw attention to an important problem in our opinion. Such assumptions also accompanied us in the case of the "Eco Watch" youth exchange project.
