"Hear it out" is a youth exchange project in which 39 young people aged 16-22 participated, together with leaders and accompanying persons. They represented organizations from Poland, Lithuania and Latvia. Our main goal was to promote sports as a method of integration, also influencing our health and well-being, breaking many barriers and stereotypes. Our second goal was enabling social integration of disabled people, especially the deaf. Our project helped as well - to break down barriers between deaf people and their able-bodied peers and bring them closer to each other and allow them to search for common values - develop the ability to cooperate in a group (in our case international) and thus contribute to building a common Europe and its values - allow the building of "live and active" contacts between the participants by involving them in the process of action within the project
