With the Project "Europe's talents" project we want to take on international issues that are important to us, young Europeans: civic activity, opportunities for young people on the labour market in today's European Union, European cultural diversity and respect for foreign cultures. Addressing these topics through non-formal education methods and the dissemination of results are our initiative in the fight to reduce tension in Europe. The main method during our meeting will be the Oxford debate. It gives you the opportunity to deepen your knowledge of the topic, develop teamwork skills, strengthen your confidence during public appearances, develop high-level language skills, and learn critical thinking. Development of all this competences will increase our capabilities in the labour market and help us to us to make more informed decisions about our future. In addition, we will set an example for Europeans on how to express their opinions without conflict.
