Objectives

The idea for training was created during a project that we implemented together with our partners in Krakow in 2019. Since then, we have been in contact with our partners. We want to implement the project because we have diagnosed common problems that our organizations are facing: - decrease in the motivation of leaders - employees and volunteers working with youth - results from the frustration of lack of preparation for team management, inability to deal with difficult situations in the team, lack of tools for team motivation - decrease in motivation and crumbling young people who are leaders of changes in their environment - due to a lack of skills to support their leadership potential We would like to achieve a solution to these problems by increasing leadership competences among youth workers, as well as skills to support and develop the leadership potential of youth. We invited organizations to implement the coaching management model. As part of the project, we will exchange tools and learn the basics of coaching management. The goal of the project is: - learning coaching management methods, sharing good practices, increasing leadership competences that will increase the motivation of employees and volunteers working with youth - increasing motivation in young people by using a coaching management method to support young people and developing leadership potential in young people - getting to know the coaching techniques and tools useful in the work of a leader and acquiring the skills to use them, which will increase the creativity of members and reduce the sense of routine among employees and volunteers working with young people. The goal of the project is therefore to learn from each other tools that will help leaders work with young people, as well as help educate and develop youth leaders - young people who are leaders of change in their environment.
