We want to organise this learning experience consisting of a set of 2 Training Courses and online activities in-between for youth trainers connected to our partner organisations in order to: - offer opportunities for youth trainers from partner organisations to share and develop trainers` skills (along ETS model) with their colleagues from other countries - create a platform for learning, - raise competences of youth trainers in designing educational programs and creating edu-tools, so they can offer to youth workers from their countries high quality learning opportunities (programs and tools that are cohesive, based on learners needs, creative and innovative), and through that: - raise the quality of youth work delivered by trainees of participants of this project (youth workers in our countries and organizations) - because high quality TCs are translated into the quality youth work done by attendees of their courses, - raise the quality of activities young people are participating, taking into account specific methodologies (adventure based learning, gaming etc.), as well as crossing their boundaries - innovating and playing with approaches for the benefit of the sector and young people that are final beneficiaries of this project.
