An unemployment is one of social-economic difficult problems. Its an object of the interest of sociologists and psychologists for ages, since on account of results is a serious social issue. The entrepreneurship undoubtedly should be developed amongst young persons going the labour market up, because amongst other competence extremely is valued by employers. Not only a creativity, but also competent using ideas are accompanying the enterprising conduct. Quite often, in completely different contexts we hear that we should be a blacksmith of our fate. Therefore showing young people is a priority of our project, that irrespective of where from they come are able to take care of their future. While our acting we want to show that enterprising conducts are a key to creating our, of better future. One from our most important of cell in order to show young people is, that whether I am bezrobotna/y depends also on me. We want to learn each other what we can do if only to change one's situation and to feel most probably and steadily on the labour market. During the entire project we will be using not formal methods of the education, promoting the Erasmus+ Program and his assumptions in the process. Our aims it: - help in finding the professional path of participants, - realizing for young people that their professional future depends in the main measuring cup on them alone, - building creative attitudes and motivation for commencing the own career, - improvement in the mobility of the human capital, building brave conducts, - forming of the personality - supporting the development of the young man, intensifying self-esteem, - intercultural dialogue, - developing interpersonal abilities, - defeating fear of the public appearance., - promoting the idea of the Erasmus+ program, - learning of the intercultural dialogue and the active citizenship, - using methods of the unofficial education.
