The youth exchange "European values-spread it out" was carried out on February 27 - March 7, 2022 in Poronin. 40 participants from Poland, Lithuania and Slovakia took part in it, along with the leaders. All of our participants are "formally" citizens of the European Union, we live in it, we feel its citizens and we want to broaden our knowledge of the values on which our community is based. Participation in the exchange created conditions for us to work in an international group, for in-depth discussion, and allowed us to look at the values that bind us from different perspectives. Through this project, we managed to strengthen our European awareness and mobilize to civic activity in accordance with the rules of non-formal education. Thanks to our conversation and discussion among participants from 3 European Union countries, we had a chance to reflect in depth on such topics: what should be the future of the EU, or what is our role as young people in this process. The context for our deliberations was Brexit, i.e. the departure of Great Britain from the EU structures. The project "European values-spread it out" has become a great opportunity for us to gain experience in working in an international team, overcome language barriers, stereotypes, and make new friendships. Participation in the project also strengthened the process of European integration, its consequence is the fact that our European identity has significantly increased in us.
