During one of our earlier projects concerning the influence of personality on the predisposition to the profession, our participants came up with a proposal to delve into the themes of introvertism and extravertedism and how to work on these traits. The participants asked us to carry out a project that will address these issues. That is why we meet their needs and together with them and their partner organisations we want to implement the project "IN & EXtrovert - soft skills are for everyone".. During the discussions on the project issues, there was a theme of ease and difficulty in finding a suitable job for people of different characters. The participants discussed the problem: what skills employers were looking for and concluded that soft skills are becoming increasingly important. After drawing conclusions from their own experiences and those of their surroundings, they decided to conduct a short online survey among young people. The results were clear and confirmed the position of the participants. The most valued and desired skills among young employees - about 75% of the respondents confirmed - (regardless of the country in which the survey was conducted) have always been: problem solving, critical thinking, creativity, people management, time management, risk management, teamwork, emotional intelligence. This is always because of the higher level of competition, which leads the employer to prefer a professional profile with not only high academic knowledge but also a range of soft skills that can only be developed through non-formal education. From these assumptions, young people came to the conclusion that action is needed to propose a youth exchange, a form that promotes the active participation of young people, puts them at the forefront throughout the project duration and that best expresses the basic characteristics of non-formal education. In a dynamic, multicultural and constantly changing society like the present, it is not surprising that soft skills are an increasingly popular feature and are appreciated by companies. Soft skills, which are by far the most sought after for easier access to the world of work, are: problem solving, critical thinking, creativity, people management, time management, risk management, teamwork, emotional intelligence, decision making in unfavourable conditions, negotiation and flexibility. The differences between people are of great importance in their daily social, professional and personal lives. This is related to the needs that a person shows, adaptation to the environment and community as well as the hierarchy of self-esteem. The concepts of extrovertism and introvertism are well known to everyone, but not everyone understands the correct meaning of these terms. The question we ask ourselves during the preparation of this project is primarily: Where in today's fast-moving world is the place for people who have problems when working in a group or with fast and flexible management?
