This goal was achieved through a number of activities with the partner group, where conducted workshops showed cultural and social differences. An additional goal was for tutors to compare methods of education and work with the aforementioned people from both participating countries. Specific goals: the participants acquired the ability to look at the world around them objectively. They learned cooperation among themselves, as well as with colleagues from another country, patience, tolerance and understanding of different approaches to problems and how to solve them. There was an increase in self-confidence and self-esteem. Friendships were established, relationships were established with people from Lithuania. Young people from both countries learned about the traditions, culture and history of nations throughout history. The meeting brought closer acquaintance with the environment and peculiarities of their region. The participants jointly discussed family values related to European cultural values, the local community of nations. The project contributed to strengthening their sense of values and improving themselves in workshops, cognitively.
