We come from different countries, we grew up in different conditions and we have different passions, views and life plans. However, we are united by a strong faith in a united Europe of equal, free and happy people. We believe that transnational cooperation, mutual meetings of different people, representatives of different environments and other cultures is the best way to build a European family, and thus good, sustainable development and increase security. We are convinced that young people have a special role to play in creating the European project. In the future, not so distant, we will take responsibility for the functioning of our countries, enterprises and communities. In the face of the challenges of the 21st century, the experience of intercultural cooperation, awareness of diversity and knowledge of similarities and differences between our countries will prove invaluable. As socially active people, working in non-governmental organizations, informal groups, student associations, and thus leaders of our communities, we want as many young people in Europe as possible to have the courage to take advantage of the intercultural learning opportunities offered by the Erasmus + program and other initiatives of the European Union. We already have the first experience of this type - not only did we participate in youth exchanges and projects, but a large part of us also works to promote these opportunities, being Erasmus + influencers under the Europeers initiative in their countries. By preparing this exchange, we take our business to a new level - with our fascination with the Erasmus+ program, we want to infect our peers not only locally, regionally or nationally - we are now entering the European level! We are well prepared for this project. We have thought through the matter and we know what it takes for young people in our countries to make their actions better quality, respond more adequately to the needs and use innovative methods. We will meet among youth activists from three countries to find factors that determine whether an international project is good and is a success for its participants. We will share methods that we know and like, and even come up with our own exercises. We will analyze all the way from ideas to project and together we will create a guide from young for young. In a simple language it will introduce young people to the world of Erasmus, making preparing and carrying out project something as simple as baking a cake. Thanks to the presence of young people from many countries, people with different experiences and diverse knowledge, the guide will be comprehensive and useful for (almost) everyone. But it is not everything. In addition to developing a guide, during the exchange we will also devote time to developing various skills useful in the life of a youth activist. In our groups there are people with various skills and during the meeting we will create space not only to learn these skills from each other, but also to immediately use them. Because we want to share the results of the meeting with the widest possible group of people, we will organize a virtual festival that will allow all interested people to connect with us via the Internet and perform a number of tasks and activities together. In this way we will share the effects developed during the exchange. We will use the acquired skills to promote this festival earlier. Of course, during the meeting there will also be time to learn about the broadly understood culture of all countries (focused on understanding leadership), integration, discussions and joint activities.
