We believe that the project should be implemented due to the important topics it addresses. Project originators want to make their peers aware of how great opportunities modern media can bring, but also how dangerous they can be. Topics are important, especially for young people, as evidenced by the fact that it was young people who chose the exchange topic themselves. Active-Creactive is a project organized for 26 young people from 2 Program countries - Poland and Italy, whose goal is to jointly develop a method, methods and tools to effectively convey important information through modern media and their opportunities and threats to young people. The main activity of the project is the youth exchange, which will take place on 12-19.10.2020 in Poland. During the meeting, young people will learn about various communication tools and how to best use them, as well as how to develop a new, effective and dedicated one for young people. . The goals of the project are: 1. Familiarize young people with the various existing tools that can be used in communication for sustainable development and education. 2. Developing the skills of using existing social media and encouraging them to create their own tools and formulas. 3. Improving communication skills using newly acquired tools. 4. Developing their active and participative learning, based on a needs-based approach. 5. Presentation of mechanisms and concepts related to personal, interpersonal and external communication in youth work, related to sustainable development and education. 6. To familiarize participants with the concept and framework of the Erasmus + program and its benefits and impact promoting common European identity, integration, diversity and good citizenship. Thanks to the acquired knowledge and experience, they will affect their local, school, family, friends and, in perspective, work environment. They will support others, advise and animate peer culture. During the project, we will promote the Erasmus + program and related international cooperation. Partner organizations and project participants will have the opportunity to exchange good practices in the field of youth activities, which will increase the quality of their work for their peers.
