The "Youth It Up" project was a project supporting the development of a partnership network of youth or youth organizations. Our project involved a total of 18 NGOs represented by 40 participants who took part in our mobility. The main project mobility took place in Poland between November 30 and December 5, 2021. The main goal of our project was to increase the operating potential of our organizations involved in the project in the field of youth work at the international level by expanding the partner network of our organizations based on high-quality cooperation, inclusion on the basis of parity and supporting each other our organizations and participants through the exchange of experiences, skills and knowledge, as well as direct improvement of the competences of the participants involved in the project. Our project was attended by a total of 18 teams representing organizations operating in the youth sector in European countries. All partners involved work with young people at local level and have different experience in supporting young people to join international activities. Our team included very experienced organizations such as TogetherRomania, Eyforia from Greece or Mladejki Centar from Bulgaria, as well as organizations with less experience, such as our Polish team or the Plunges Iniciativine group from Lithuania. The diverse level of experience of our teams supported the exchange of experiences among us and allows us to learn from more experienced partners. Moreover, each of the teams operates in a local youth environment with different characteristics. The project was coordinated by the Polish team representing the "Aktywni Kreatywni" Association from Gołuchów in Poland. Our Association was represented directly by 4 people during the meeting, but at various stages of the project we were also supported by third parties from our organization who were not directly involved in the project. The main project meeting took place in Poland, November 30 - December 5, 2021. The travel days for the participants were November 29 and December 6, 2021. Our project meeting was attended by a total of 40 people, including 3 trainers from Poland, Romania and Slovakia and coordinator from our project. A total of 18 partners were involved in our project, including our Polish team, from 14 program countries. Most of our teams were represented by 2 participants. The exception is our Association (Poland), which was represented by 4 people, and a group from Slovakia (STEP) and Romania (TogetherRomania). These two partner teams were represented by 3 people as they were enlarged by trainers who supported the project and the implementation of the meeting program.
