During meetings during other projects attended by members of our organization, project participants repeatedly held various types of conversations and discussions about the poor situation of young people on the labor market. They complained about the lack of appropriate training that could prepare young people for entering the labor market. That's how the idea of organizing the project came about. We wanted young people to be involved at every stage of the project to the highest degree. Young people prepared themselves to help organize the activity in such a way that it would achieve the goals they set out. At the beginning they clearly defined their needs, knowledge and experiences that they want to acquire thanks to it. The goal of the project is to enable participants to get information on how to deal with the labor market, learn about the principles of its functioning, as well as to gain knowledge about running their own business. Participants also want to know their rights and know how to defend them. They also want to improve their language competences. Then, in cooperation with our partner organization and institutions, they focused on the selection of appropriate teaching methods. Young people are the originators of all the ways of conducting classes and activities contained in the application, they had a huge share in the preparation of the project program. After accepting the application, they will also prepare project regulations. The working methods are: - Thematic workshops - Rain of ideas - Brainstorming - Debates and discussions; - multimedia presentations; - Fears and expectations session - National evenings. There will also be a number of activities outside the center. These are: -Visit at a local agritourism farm; - Poll among the local community; -Visit at the local education center (e.g. community center) -City game; -Work in international groups; Evaluation activities are: - Completing evaluation questionnaires before and after the youth exchange, comparison of results by participants under the supervision of the coordinator. - fears and expectations session - Daily meetings summarizing the past day and acquired knowledge; - Final evaluation after the youth exchange. Young people will acquire the following knowledge and competences corresponding to their needs through participation in our project: -Learn about the principles of functioning of the European labor market; -Learn about the principles of opening and running your own business; - Skills in managing a smaller and larger team of employees; - Familiarization with the rights of employees and methods of their protection; - Familiarization with the methods of verifying the terms of the employment contract; - Acquaintance with the principles of correct labor market research, demand and supply ratio; - Acquaintance with the methods of correct CV writing, covering letter - Increasing language competences, enriching with professional, business vocabulary; - Acquiring knowledge about other cultures; - Developing tolerance and understanding attitudes; - improving teamwork skills; -The acquisition of work experience in an international team; - To learn about other opportunities offered by participation in the Erasmus + program Thanks to visits to a local agritourism farm, they will learn what work in a medium-sized enterprise is about. Thanks to classes consisting in establishing a fictitious workplace, they will be able to determine what work and which team they like best, how to write a CV and cover letter correctly, and how to prepare for an interview, which will have a positive impact on the labor market. Precise determination of your needs and requirements will narrow down their field of employment search. The project will have a very large impact on partner organizations. They will gain new experience in implementing international projects and increase their partner base. The implementation of the project will also have a very large impact on our foundation. The employees and the management of the foundation will be enriched with new knowledge and experience related to the management of EU projects. Thanks to the project, we will also be able to establish cooperation with new partner institutions.
