The implementation of the project was an initiative of the participants of our previous activities within the "EYE ON CULTURE" project. During the summary of activities and planning of future initiatives, we concluded that one of the priorities should be to carry out another project allowing more people to acquire knowledge and competences related to intercultural education. Taking into account our previous experience from the implementation of previous activities, we decided that the most important goals we wanted to set for ourselves as part of the project activities are: - intercultural integration of young people through learning about the culture, art, tradition and history of other European countries, - breaking stereotypes that are rooted in culture and discovering similarities among European Union countries to project participants, - indication of common development paths and ways of integrating the countries participating in the project, - creating a platform for young people where they can develop their skills and gain new life and professional experiences by organizing, coordinating and summarizing an independently conducted project under the Erasmus + program, - personal development of project participants through involvement at every stage of the project implementation, - building a new network of partnerships between the organizations participating in the project, based on the active activities of young people involved in the project, - promoting the Erasmus + program among young people and providing a wide audience with information about the opportunities offered by active participation in the program, - creating an educational board game that will contain interesting facts about each of the countries participating in the exchange, - video recording of a cultural exhibition for the local community conducted during the exchange and video coverage of activities during the youth exchange, - preparation of short films on the impact of contact between different cultures and international cooperation on the development of Europe and the creation of new initiatives responding to the challenges facing the world.
