The project "Volunteers for the win!" was a meeting of young people from Poland, Lithuania and the Czech Republic. The aim of the project was to show that a superhero can be a representative of uniformed services, whose mission to help those in need is paramount. The project showed the servant role of the uniformed towards citizens and the state, who can see others in their daily service, often sick, weak and in need of help, and their actions are often associated with risking their own health and life. They are socially recognized people who take pride in such values as: honor, courage, devotion, patriotism, whose actions serve tolerance, respect people and their rights. The project promoted the uniform as a way of life, service to others, and heroism. We showed that uniforms are superheroes who always come to our aid.
