Young people decided to implement this project due to the many hours of conversation that took place during the Think @bout yourself project. Young people eagerly talked about how many problems they have to deal with during the learning process. From the very beginning at school, young people are required to absorb a large amount of material from various scientific fields, but no one has ever told her how to do it in an interesting, interesting and, above all, effective way. In addition, participants in our previous project also declared that during the learning process they have very big problems with concentration, which is crucial for the learning process. In addition, the young people making up the previous project also emphasized that they could not cope with stress during the learning process and group pressure. In addition, young people from other organizations also expressed a desire to create this project. After declaring the above-mentioned problems by the youth, representatives of our foundation decided to deepen their knowledge on this subject. It turned out that the arguments cited by the participants are justified in scientific research regarding the learning process. What's more, we understand that youth's frustration related to problems in the learning process may result from the fact that (as research also confirms) information and knowledge are the keys to effective and productive life in 21st century society. Young people, our foundation and partner foundations, noticing a real problem in the issue we raised, decided to meet it, wanting to implement the Re (me) mber not to for (get) project. The goals of this project are the willingness of young people to find effective learning methods. We think that acquiring theoretical knowledge and tools on effective learning will positively affect the participants' self-confidence, their self-esteem and the fact that they will be able to achieve much more in the scientific and professional sphere, which can directly contribute to initiating them life of changes regarding social or professional advancement. This project aims to increase the self-awareness of the participants, part (ME) about themselves in the learning process (answering the question, what intelligence I have, how I can manage myself in time, which affects my motivation, how they can deal with stress, how they can deal with procrastination and all others described in the ACTION section). The second goal of the project is to get to know young people and explore the practical learning tools themselves, including new technologies, which will really increase their effectiveness and improve their learning outcomes. In this part of the project (GET) we will work with tools for reducing stress, quick memorizing, fast reading, effective language learning and understanding how we can support our body in the learning process (promoting healthy eating, sport and hygienic mode) The third goal of this project is the desire to expand its effects, i.e. the methods of effective learning that young people will develop during the project. The young people also want to conduct a demonstrative lesson in Zakopane High School. It would be a unique opportunity to promote the value of the Erasmus + program and the effects of our work In addition, we would also like to inform the media about the situation, which will also help us spread the effects of activity. In addition, our goal is also to spread the effects of work and conclusions reached by young people on the Internet. The fourth goal is a bit more complex because it concerns our support of European integration. Our priority is to build a strong and integrated European society which, on the one hand, differs from each other due to cultural contexts, but on the other hand tries to understand each other. Let me recall here a quotation from the European Union that perfectly describes our purpose in this section, well, it reads as follows: United in diversity. This is what we care about. We want young people to develop each of 8 key competences, which they will accomplish thanks to this activity on our project. And we also want young people to be aware that they are increasing their competences through participation in this activ
