We deal with music and dance on a daily basis - these are our passions. However, when creating this project, we thought that it is worth going beyond our circle of interests and taking care of something that is equally important to us. Functioning at school, on Facebook, we all meet the topic of ecology and, in a way, become the voice of the young generation in this discussion. Ecology itself and activities related to it are now also one of the main topics in portals and information services. On the one hand, we have information about the need to focus on ecological solutions (e.g. electromobility, renewable energy, departure from coal in the energy sector), on the other, information that environmentalists are terrorists and environmentalism is bad. We have the impression that some of this information or concept is manipulation. That is why we decided to implement a project that will help us verify this information and form our own opinion, and at the same time become youth experts in the subject of ecological solutions of the future. Our need was to investigate who in the dispute over ecology is really right, based on reliable and real data, and not only the emotions and feelings of the participants in the dispute. As young people, we wanted to know the truth so as not to be manipulated by any of the sides of this ecological dispute. That is why we checked together how the issues of three ecologically important topics look like in practice: electromobility, renewable energy and the recovery of raw materials from waste. These topics were very important to us because we are stumbling over them in a way. The number of electric scooters in both Warsaw and Vilnius is growing significantly. Our goal was to investigate in depth these three environmental issues during the exchange and find out what they actually have on the environment. In addition, we wanted to get to know our cultures - Polish and Lithuanian - through learning about traditions, customs, national dishes, or a common history. An important aspect for us was the development of our skills and key competences, especially those in the field of obtaining information, its verification and development of critical thinking.
